General introduction

ContentForces Media Information Management makes the administration, maintenance and modification of even numerous media groups easy. It allows for the description of virtually any media file. The information system has been design in a flexible way to embrace all kinds of media specifications, e.g. size of file, its resolution or structure. Together with the ContentForces Media component the administration of all standard formats of media (e.g. images, documents, videos, audio) in ContentForces Media you are able to connect detailed information to your media files. Thanks to ContentForces Media Information Management your company can manage the full and complete set of information it needs to promote the media.

Website manager perspective

  • Website manager can manage and modify the information about the media items collected in media groups. Media items are arranged in hierarchical structures.
  • For management of media descriptions, there is an intutive User Interface, where the manager can add, edit, delete media descriptions and assign media files (media files can be added/removed via Media).
  • Adding/editing/deleting a new media description: in the Content and Campaign Management System, the manager selects the Media Group where the new item is to be added. He clicks on 'Add new media description' button and fills in the provided fields with specifications for a particular media item. He adds 'media name' and fills all values that have been chosen to describe the media in that given Media Group (Media Group setup – allows to customize media properties so that they are exactly as you want them to be). While entering the specifications, the manager sees only media properties as editable fields - variant's properties can be also displayed but inactive. The same User Interface allows to edit and delete any item.
  • Adding/editing/deleting a new media variant description: the manager is able to add a media variant into media. To do this, he needs to find the media item he wants to add variant to and, click on 'Add new media variant' button. Main media's properties are inactive but visible in the interface. In a similar way, he can delete or modify the item.
