General introduction
Subscribe Newsletter – Intranet is a ContentForces easy-to-use and functional component that organizes newsletters mass mailing in Intranet environment. It allows employees to e-mail subscribe to existing newsletter Contact Lists through the browser and is accessible only for Intranet members. On the subscription page, an Intranet user can select the Contact List he is interested in by ticking a checkbox. The system will automatically assign the subscriber to the selected Contact List. Then, with the use of ContentForces MailTool, the manager is able to send newsletters according to the subscribers' preferences.

Website visitor perspective
- The website visitor logs into the Intranet. He selects the subscription page with an overview of all possible subscriptions. The visitor selects the boxes next to Contact Lists that are of his interest and clicks 'Save'.
- The visitor can unsubscribe on the subscription page by unchecking the boxes(only for non-obliged subscribers).
Website manager perspective
- Website manager is able to manage the subscriptions via Content and Campaign system. In the 'Contact List' section, he can assign users to the target Contact list.
- Additionally, he gets access to the register form, which allows to assign users to Contact Lists directly from the website (the page is not accessible from the main menu).
